Processing is based on the follower’s consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.

Recruitment
Candidates who send electronic communications to Moon Pulse to participate in hiring processes expressly authorize the review of: submitted documents (such as CVs), publicly accessible online information (e.g., Google search results), professional social media profiles (e.g., LinkedIn), test results, and information revealed during interviews. This is done solely to evaluate their application and potentially offer employment.
If the candidate is not selected, Moon Pulse may retain their CV for up to two years for future recruitment processes, unless the candidate states otherwise. Processing is legally based on the candidate’s consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
Confidentiality
All information provided by the client will be treated as confidential and will not be used for purposes other than those described herein. Moon Pulse commits to not disclose or reveal information regarding User inquiries, the reasons for requested advice, or the duration of the relationship between both parties.
